Not much is known about the 2008 season yet, but it was a pretty good one for (original) Machine’s manager and #1 pitcher Jimmy Maresca. In the regular season Jimmy won 12 of the team’s 18 games, threw 103 of their 138 innings, and also batted .436 (24/55) with 18 RBI. The Machine started the season 14-0 before dropping a 6-5 decision to Duke’s on July 20th.
